How much do you charge for UK delivery ?

We charge a standard £7.95 for next day delivery to most addresses in the UK* regardless of how many models you order, their size or their weight.

Is it safe to use my debit or credit card on the website ?  Is it secure ?

Simply put - yes.  We use a secure encrypted system on dedicated SSL servers.

Can I pay for models over the telephone ?

Yes.  We are avaialble from 9am until 9pm 7 days a week for your convenience on (0191) 286 4175 ( and mobile 07846 202 246 ) and to accept credit and debit cards.

Can I pay for models through the post with a cheque or postal order ?

Yes.  Please make cheques and postal orders payable to "Trains & Planes Ltd." remembering to add £7.95 to your total to cover delivery costs.

Do you ship models Internationally to customers outside of the UK ?

Yes.  We can ship models anywhere in the world but customers must contact us by e-mail or telephone first so that we can advise on the costs involved and the shipping service required. 

Can I use my PayPal account to buy models from your website to deliver within the UK ?

Yes - it's quick and easy. 

Your website only accepts British credit and debit cards.  How can I pay for a model from outside the UK ?  Can I use my PayPal account to send money from outside the UK to buy models via the PayPal website ?

Yes - Just log on to your PayPal website ( for example - www.paypal.com ) and use it to send money to :-   sales@trainsandplanes.co.uk
